Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience and qualifications:
- Five years of experience as a project manager focused on building automation, control & regulation, or construction automation
- Good knowledge of property technical systems and contract law
- Relevant technical education is considered a merit
- High IT maturity and computer skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Driver's license B.

What does the role entail?
- Contact with existing and new customers
- Planning of resources and purchases
- Project management of building automation projects and control and monitoring contracts
- Financial responsibility in the projects
- Leading and motivating the project team
- Contract law.
As a project manager in building automation at KSS, you will play a central role in driving and implementing projects related to renovation and new construction of, for example, office buildings, schools, and hotels. You are responsible for the financial outcome of the projects and plan your work in close collaboration with your colleagues at KSS's Stockholm office, where a total of nine employees are part of the project organization. Your main focus is to lead and coordinate projects within building automation as well as control and monitoring contracts. You have overall responsibility for the entirety of each assignment, from the first planning phase to completed implementation, with the goal of delivering high quality, strong customer benefits, and good profitability.
The work takes place both from the office and out in the projects. In your role, you are a present and operational leader who ensures that everyone in the project team is motivated and working in the same direction towards common goals. This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed directly by KSS Klimat och Styrsystem with immediate start or as agreed. The position is a full-time job of 40 hours per week. This recruitment process includes a background check that compiles previous public criminal records and financial credit reports.
