We are looking for a sub-project manager with a focus on waste management and vacuum collection for an assignment within municipal operations. The role involves driving and coordinating sub-projects in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, with the goal of ensuring a structured delivery and a well-functioning implementation.

• Plan, lead, and follow up on sub-projects within waste management and/or vacuum collection.
• Coordinate work between involved parties and ensure clear communication.
• Ensure that deliveries are carried out according to agreed goals, timelines, and quality.
• Identify risks and dependencies, and propose and drive actions.
• Report status, progress, and deviations to management/project leadership.

• Experience working as a sub-project manager or in a similar coordinating role.
• Ability to plan, structure, and drive work forward together with multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish.
