MJ Roof & Facade is looking for a Site Manager

MJ Roof & Facade is a growing company in the roofing and facade industry. We perform work for both private individuals and businesses, placing great emphasis on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. We are now looking for a committed and structured Site Manager who wants to help develop our operations.

Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our projects. Your tasks will include:

• Planning and coordinating projects
• Managing staff and any subcontractors
• Contact with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Monitoring timelines, quality, and work environment
• Documentation and reporting

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in management within construction, roofing, or facade work
• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and structured
• Has good collaboration and communication skills
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Has a B driver's license
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

Experience in roofing work and knowledge of occupational safety is a plus.
