Do you want to lead projects where quality, structure, and team spirit are at the center? We are now looking for a construction supervisor for a well-established construction and contracting company with several ongoing projects in both northern and southern Stockholm. Here you will have a central role in production and the opportunity to work on projects from start to finish.

The client is a well-established construction and contracting company with many years of experience in new production, renovation, and reconstruction. They manage projects for both public and private clients. The business is characterized by short decision-making paths, engaged employees, and a strong focus on quality, economy, and long-term customer relationships.

The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client. All questions regarding the position and recruitment should be directed to the responsible recruitment consultant at Futuria.

As a construction supervisor, you play a key role in production. You are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work on the construction site and ensuring that the project is carried out according to the schedule, budget, and set quality requirements.

Currently, there are active projects in both new production and renovation, providing a varied everyday life and the opportunity to work in different types of contracts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating skilled workers and subcontractors

• Actively working with quality, work environment, and safety

• Monitoring schedules and production

• Managing additional work and ongoing production issues

• Ensuring that documents and execution comply with contracts and requirements

• A varied everyday life in exciting construction projects

• Is confident in leading staff and subcontractors

• Has a good understanding of the construction process and production economics

• Enjoys being on-site and is solution-oriented

• Communicates well in Swedish, both spoken and written
