At Inviatech, you work closely with colleagues and projects. The assignments are usually staffed with a land and a water project designer who together drive the projects forward. Depending on the assignment, the work may alternate between site visits and joint work with the client or at the office. The role has a clear focus on production, where the majority of the time is spent on construction, design, and the production of technical documents, drawings, and quantity lists. Meetings and coordination occur, but about 70% of the work consists of actual design work. As a water project designer, you are an important part of the entire process – from tender documents and construction documents to stormwater investigations and completed deliveries. You work closely with clients, with short decision-making paths and a good opportunity to influence your work. Selected tasks

• Land, street, and water design as well as stormwater investigations during renovation, expansion, and new construction
• Design of residential buildings, industries, preschools, schools, and other commercial premises
• Production of technical documents such as investigations, tender documents, construction documents, and as-built documents
• Construction, drawing production, and preparation of quantity lists
• Collaboration in project teams where land and water work closely together throughout the process
• Technical advice, consultation, and support to clients in both general and execution contracts
• Ongoing coordination, reviews, and meetings within the project's framework

• Post-secondary technical education in land, water, or engineering
• At least three years of experience working with land and/or water design
• Strong technical interest and a clear desire to work with production
• Consulting experience from another company

• Experience with stormwater investigations
• Knowledge of heavy rain issues
• Experience working according to AMA
• Experience in work environment management, for example as a BAS-P and/or BAS-U
