Do you have experience working with biodiversity and sustainability related to construction projects and want to work for one of Sweden's leading companies? - Then this could be something for you!

We are looking for a sustainability project manager for a real estate company who can take on a full-time assignment starting April 1st. The assignment runs at least until February 2027 with the possibility of further extension. You will be part of a business area that acts as a support function to other technical areas, together with nine colleagues.

Your primary tasks will include working with biodiversity, driving sustainability issues integrated into the business, which includes both environmental and social perspectives. Furthermore, you will work with sustainability and climate calculations related to construction projects and materials, as well as drive projects that integrate the entire supply chain with strict requirements for working conditions, environmental responsibility, and business ethics.

You thrive in an analytical role where you get to work with complex data, regulations, and requirements, where quality and accuracy are crucial. With structure and a holistic perspective, you drive the work forward and ensure good coordination between different parties.

As a person, you are communicative, curious, and proactive. You see opportunities for development and actively contribute to a modern, proactive, and successful sustainability effort.

• Relevant post-secondary education in economics, political science, environmental science, sustainability, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in similar tasks.
• Experience working systematically with project management and scheduling.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Your assignment takes place at the client company, but you choose whether you want to work as a subcontractor with your own company or be a consultant directly employed by Fasticon. As an employed consultant, you are covered by a collective agreement, insurance, and occupational pension.
