In 2024, we initiated the project Basic Maintenance of the Railway Facility Stockholm Mitt, an ABT 06 total contract covering the section from Ulriksdal to Älvsjö, including the City Line. The project encompasses a total of 128,358 track meters and is one of Sweden's busiest railway sections where long-distance, regional, freight, and commuter trains coexist. Currently, we have about 40 employees, including site management, working on the project.

About the role:

We are now looking for a responsible and self-driven foreman in track/welding for the basic maintenance in Stockholm Mitt.

As a foreman, you will play a central role in the project's technical and economic execution. You will plan, lead, and follow up on the daily work and ensure that production is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to applicable requirements. The role involves close collaboration with the site manager, where you actively contribute to the project's development.

You are responsible for:

• Leading, planning, and coordinating the daily work within your area of responsibility

• Ensuring a good working environment and effective collaboration

• Monitoring production, quality, and schedule

• Working according to the Swedish Transport Administration's regulations

• Ensuring that work is carried out in the Swedish Transport Administration's facilities according to applicable requirements

Requirements: Experience working in the Swedish Transport Administration's facilities.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Technical education (university, YH) or practical experience deemed equivalent

• Several years of experience in a similar role within the railway or construction industry

• Experience working with the Swedish Transport Administration's facilities

• Good ability to plan, lead, and follow up on daily work

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

• Driving license B
