The name Sustend combines the words “Sustain” and “Extend”, which is at the core of our mission: to preserve and develop properties for a sustainable future. We are now looking for a business-driven project manager for our team in Stockholm who wants to grow with us.

Responsibilities

You drive projects and are responsible for establishing project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk analyses.
You lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
You build trusting and long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Through your presence in projects, you proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to your own and the company's workload.
You follow up on finances, including forecasting and approving invoices.
You contribute to developing our internal working methods and share your experience with junior colleagues.
