Project Manager in Automation - Become part of Caverion's investment in the properties of the future

Caverion is investing heavily in property automation in several regions of the country - with the greatest focus on Stockholm and Uppsala. We are now looking for a new project manager for our team in Södertälje who wants to help create smart, energy-efficient, and sustainable properties.

About the Role of Project Manager

As a project manager, you will be a key person in the work of creating smart, energy-efficient, and sustainable properties. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing control and monitoring systems that ensure operational reliability, comfort, and reduced energy consumption.

Your Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will play a key role in the implementation of our projects. Each project is unique, which means varied tasks and a dynamic, developing everyday life. You will be responsible for the project's economy, planning, and delivery - from start to finish - and ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are met.

You will lead and support employees, coordinate work with subcontractors, and create good conditions for effective and safe project implementation. With your commitment and structure, you will drive the projects forward towards high quality and strong financial results.

Your Role Includes:

Project design and construction.
Material orders.
Contact with subcontractors for installation and control cabinets.
Participation in various project meetings.
Leading or participating in coordinated functional tests and inspections.
Operational leadership of automation technicians and other employees.
Customer contact.
Sales.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with the right attitude - the willingness to learn, the willingness to share knowledge, the willingness to be challenged, and the willingness to go the extra mile.

In addition to your drive, we would like you to have:

At least two years of experience in automation with good experience in project management and finance.
Meritorious experience with knowledge of Schneider Electric.
A structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented personality who enjoys new challenges and dynamic work.
Driver's license B.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
