🧑‍⚕️ About the role

As a nurse with us, you will work closely with patients and care staff. You will be an important part of our multidisciplinary team, where we focus on an activating approach to strengthen the patient's independence.

The work is varied and developing with a focus on:

· assessment, planning, and follow-up of health and medical care interventions

· close collaboration with colleagues in the team

· patient-centered work in ordinary and special housing

· contributing to development and improvement work in the organization

✔️ Qualifications

· Licensed nurse

· Meritorious:

· specialist training in elderly care

· district nurse education

· Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing

· Responsible, collaborative, and flexible

· A valid driver's license is required
