We are now looking for nursing assistants for Kattrumpstullen for on-call employment.

The residence is located in the Ruddammen area on Roslagstullsbacken. You can easily get here by bus 61 from Odenplan. We provide care and support for the elderly with significant care needs. The operation has high quality goals, and we focus on the individual based on applicable laws and guidelines. We work to create a residence where the elderly feel security, well-being, and meaning.

Your role

As a nursing assistant, you provide good care and social support to the residents. You help and support the residents in their daily lives with personal hygiene, meals, and activities. We always start from the residents' needs and wishes as far as possible in the planning and execution of care.

Your skills and experience

You need:

• a high school education in health and medical care to become a nursing assistant
• at least one year of work experience in elderly care
• to be able to speak and write fluent Swedish

It is an advantage to have:

• experience with documentation in the social journal system Parasol

We need you to be professional, independent, and have personal maturity. You need to be service-oriented, engaged, and attentive to the elderly's needs. You are relationship-building, value diversity, and understand that different backgrounds and cultures can affect oneself and others in various ways. You need to be communicative to collaborate constructively as we work in teams. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

To work with the elderly and people with disabilities in their homes, with the City of Stockholm, you must provide an extract from the criminal record. The extract must not be older than 6 months from the date of issuance.
