About us Aleris ASIH Nord consists of six ASIH teams based in our offices in Sollentuna, Täby, Vällingby, Väsby, and Lidingö.
At Aleris ASIH, we meet and care for patients in their homes where they require advanced care interventions that would otherwise be provided in inpatient care. You will find great security in competent and helpful colleagues while having the freedom to plan your work independently. We document in the TakeCare journal system and use Itacih as a planning tool; we also have the AI tool Tandem to facilitate our documentation. The Role As a nurse with us, you will have a rewarding and varied job where no day is the same. Your tasks will include advanced medical interventions in the patient's home, where you as a nurse will have the opportunity to provide close, personal, and high-quality care to our patients. You will meet patients with different care needs, such as patients in a palliative stage of their illness, patients receiving curative cancer treatment, or patients requiring temporary interventions such as intravenous antibiotic treatment or infusions.
We are looking for nurses for both day/evening/weekend shifts as well as those interested in night positions.

About You
You are a licensed nurse
You have a B driver's license
You are flexible and open to new challenges
You appreciate working in multidisciplinary teams
You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
You work evidence-based and are professional in your approach while prioritizing the patient
