We have had three care teams in home care, and now we are looking for a fourth district nurse for an additional TEAM.

Job Responsibilities

The work involves common tasks for a district nurse, in a TEAM with your own nursing assistant. We continuously work to strengthen teamwork, including through regular reviews of our care processes via weekly meetings and cross-professional meetings. Our opening hours are weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00, and we will agree on a schedule together when employment is confirmed.

Qualifications

District nurse. Alternatively, a nurse with experience in home care. You have good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare journal system. A driver's license is preferred.

Employment Type

Permanent employment. Full-time 100%. A probationary period may be applied. Start date in early April 2026 or by agreement.
