We are looking for you who want to work as a summer substitute/casual worker within the operations for people with disabilities. The need is greatest during the summer, but there is also an opportunity to start immediately. We have several operations – which one suits you?

We are now looking for employees for the operations for people with disabilities. Here there are several different focuses:

Personal assistance:
- People who have significant and permanent disabilities and need help managing everyday life can receive assistance from personal assistance.
- Your role is to provide support based on the needs of the person you are working with.

Group/service housing within LSS:
- Your role is to provide support in everyday life and create conditions for an independent life.
- It is a coaching role, and the job is free and varied with great responsibility.
- The work takes place in the user's own home, either in a group home or service housing.

The mobile team:
- Your role is to support and help users live as independently as possible.
- It is a coaching role, and the job is free and varied with great responsibility.
- You will move within different areas in Södertälje.
- The work is flexible and takes place based on individual needs.
- A driver's license is required.

Short-term stay (LSS):
- Short-term offers a safe environment with opportunities for new experiences and community.
- Your role is to provide support and create a meaningful stay for individuals.
- We work based on implementation plans and residents' wishes.

Daily activities (LSS):
- Here we work with activities in work, education, production, and experiences.
- Your role is to support individuals in meaningful activities and contribute to development.
- The work is creative and varied.

Escorting and relief (LSS):
- Escorting enables individuals to participate in community life and activities.
- Relief provides family members with the opportunity for respite in everyday life.
- The assignment is varied and adapted to the user's needs.

Regardless of which operation you will work in, you will receive a thorough introduction so that you feel secure in your role. We work with trained competence supervisors and use a well-regarded introductory material for new employees.

Be clear in your application about which operation you wish to work in.

Working hours vary and can include day, evening, and night shifts as well as weekend work. On-call duty occurs in some operations.

Who are you?

Requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You should have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
- You should have basic computer skills.

Meritorious:
- B driver's license
- Trained nursing assistant or other education that we deem relevant, such as the child and leisure program with a focus on psychiatry.
- Completed YH education specialist nursing assistant, psychiatry, or ongoing education.
- Experience from operations within elderly care and disabilities.
- Experience in low-arousal approaches, working with challenging outward behavior.
- Experience and knowledge in using alternative augmentative communication, primarily communication with pictures and sign language.
