The facility is an adult residence with six places, located in nature-friendly surroundings just outside Enköping. Here, we create a pleasant and vibrant everyday life together where community is at the center.

We enjoy socializing and love to cook together. Dance and music are a natural part of our daily lives and contribute to both joy and togetherness. Spontaneous outings are something we appreciate - preferably nice walking paths where movement, fresh air, and the opportunity for grilling can take place.

For those interested in gardening, there are extra opportunities, as we are currently planning to develop and make our outdoor environment even more pleasant and inviting.

As a support educator, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable everyday life with a lot of structure for those living with us. We work purposefully based on the assignment plan, have a professional and salutogenic approach and working method while working within the resources and budget of the organization.

We adapt our work based on each individual's conditions and needs, and the starting point is the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for the users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our working method involves having a low-arousal response and clarifying pedagogy.

• Very good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good computer skills, experience with documentation.

• Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group.

• Trained support educator.

• Driving license B.

• Experience in psychiatry.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment type: permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Working degree: about 90 percent with the possibility of 100 percent in the long term. Working hours: rotating schedule, day, evening, weekend. Start date: By agreement, we view positively if you can start shortly.
