Prevas Development AB is an innovative technology consulting company focused on comprehensive commitments in product development and manufacturing. We currently have 49 employees.
The company's operations originated from Karlskoga, but today we operate in four units located in Karlskoga, Örebro, Arboga, and Åmål.
Prevas Development possesses expertise in:
- Overall system design of electronic systems
- Electronics development
- Mechanical development
- Electromechanical development
- Software development
- Test development
- Manufacturing
Our focus is on executing comprehensive commitments in product development, which also includes taking responsibility for subsequent production control and product deliveries from our own manufacturing unit.
Our customers are in the automotive industry, manufacturing industry, defense industry, and energy sector.
Your role
We are now looking for someone who wants to help further develop Prevas Development through marketing, sales, and business development efforts.
You will have significant responsibility and work both strategically and operationally to create long-term customer relationships.
You will work closely with the management team and have a great opportunity to influence both working methods and business development.
As a salesperson with us, you will:
- Work with the sale of the company's services in product development, testing & verification, and manufacturing.
- Maintain close dialogue with existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Participate in marketing activities and customer meetings
- Work closely with the company's management and technical team
- Help shape sales strategies and working methods
- Participate in and lead recruitment
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in sales, preferably in technical sales or consulting
- Has a genuine interest in developing and growing together with a team and contributing to our collective success.
- Is business-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused
- Has a technical interest and a good understanding of customer needs
- Is relationship-building and communicative
- Thrives with freedom under responsibility
- Holds a driver's license
- Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
