Through a new framework agreement with Svenska kraftnät, we have the opportunity to contribute our expertise in regional and national grids, and are therefore looking for new employees who want to work on the largest infrastructure projects in Sweden. Here, you will be an important part of our Power business area, where you contribute to the energy transition with us.

As a transmission line designer at Vinnergi, you will play a key role in some of Sweden's most socially important electricity grid projects. You will work on the technical design of overhead lines and underground cables within the regional and national grid, from the very first feasibility studies to complete construction documents that maintain high technical quality and are ready for implementation.

In the projects, you are a central technical resource and a reliable point for both customers and colleagues. You collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and environmental specialists, contributing your experience in everything from layout, sizing, and technical choices to risk assessments and integration with existing facilities. With us, you will work on assignments where your expertise truly makes a difference and where you can help shape the future of electricity infrastructure.

With us, you will work in close dialogue with customers and contribute to solutions in both new construction and renovation projects. We are looking for someone with a background in electrical engineering and extensive experience in designing overhead lines within regional grids and voltage levels of 40-130 kV. Experience from the national grid is highly desirable. You have a good understanding of technical drawings, standards, and requirements within the electricity grid. Furthermore, we see that you have an education in electrical engineering, or that you have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience.

As a person, you are good at communicating, solving problems, and have a curious and flexible approach. You are confident in making decisions in projects and have good structure and organizational skills. Furthermore, we see that you thrive with many contacts, both with colleagues and customers. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A driving license is required.
