About the Workplace

Vårdcentralen Stadsfjärden is a large healthcare center located in Nyköping's attractive harbor district and is operated privately by Praktikertjänst.

Our vision is "tomorrow's primary care today," which means we continuously develop our operations based on our mission from Region Sörmland and our registered population.

We have approximately 17,500 registered patients and are constantly working to improve our methods to provide high-quality care. We focus on high accessibility, where digital and physical care plays a significant role. We manage many of our patient contacts through our digital entry point. The aim is to provide quality care in a medically reasonable time and ensure good continuity for our patients. We also want to create a common understanding among different professional groups and use our resources efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

With us, you will triage, assess, and meet patients in various ways. Your work will vary between clinic work (both planned and urgent care), telephone counseling, and digital contacts via the Praktikertjänst app. As a district nurse, you will also have time allocated for work within your specialty area.

Collaboration with other professional categories at the healthcare center is a natural part of the job. The workplace is divided into three teams that represent all our professional categories. The purpose of the teams' work is for our patients to arrive well-prepared to the right resource at the right time, based on a common medical assessment.

You will be a valuable team member in one of our teams when you start with us. In the team, you will have both a consultative and collaborative role, where you can also seek help from other professional competencies in specific patient cases. We value having a shared understanding of our common patients.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed district nurse who wants to develop together with us. You are engaged and can work both independently and in a team. You are flexible and open to change.

We would like you to have experience from primary care.

Additional Information

Full-time, permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application period has ended.
