Frösö Health Center is a workplace with wonderful colleagues, dedicated unit managers with good routines. It is pleasant, well-functioning, and not far from Gustavsbergsbacken if you're in the mood for an evening ski after the day is done. We who work here are general practitioners, ST and AT doctors, district nurses, nurses, diabetes nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and physiotherapists. In addition, there is a family center with BMM, BVC, and open preschool. We also have a psychosocial reception.

Care is provided based on the health choice model developed by the region in Jämtland County. We work person-centered in teams with Close Care to meet the needs of the patients who need us the most.

This is a workplace that offers a sense of community, where each of us comes up with suggestions for activities before, during, or after work. We have taken a dip at Frösö beach on a warm summer day during lunch, morning gym, lunch yoga, walks; we take advantage of what provides recovery but also community, as it is A and O for us. We have a ping-pong table, and many are very engaged players, so you can look forward to matches during lunch breaks. The medical group has meeting time twice a week, focusing on working together as a team, community, and helping each other with complicated cases. One day a week, everyone who wants to can join a run by the lake and a joint doctor lunch. We have joint activities with breakfast every Thursday and with AW for the entire workgroup and also just for the medical group.
