Dental Hygienist Wanted at Folktandvården in Hammarstrand

We are now looking for a dental hygienist to join our team in Hammarstrand. If you want to work at a small clinic in a rural area with all different patient groups using your full competence alongside a wonderful group of colleagues, this could be the job for you! Folktandvården is located in the same building as the health center, where 2 dentists and 3 dental nurses currently work.

Working at the clinic involves collaboration within and between all professional categories to provide patients with the best possible care. You will be offered cooperation with cheerful, experienced, and committed colleagues who enjoy working together. The willingness to help each other in treatment work is high, and we have a good collaboration with our specialist dentists in Östersund. We want to see both the organization develop and individuals grow. As a dental hygienist in our organization, you will be part of a network exclusively for dental hygienists, with meetings a couple of times a year in addition to the seminars offered by Folktandvården. Currently, there is a project underway to implement voxit for all dental hygienists to facilitate patient work. A mentor is available if needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who has knowledge of working with both pediatric and adult dental care. Working at a rural clinic means working from a broad competence area where you can utilize your full skills. Here you will meet and work with all different patient categories: children, adults, urgent and necessary dental care. Here you have the chance to work in a workplace where your efforts truly make a difference. There is an opportunity to combine traditional dental hygienist work with preventive work in various forums and areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Swedish dental hygienist license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Some years of experience preferred, but not required
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Able to meet, communicate, and build good relationships.
• We value qualities such as being engaged, quality-conscious, flexible, and having good social skills. We place great importance on personal qualities and that you fit into the clinic's profile.
• Driver's license B
