Do you want to work outdoors, keep outdoor environments in top condition, and contribute to a high level of satisfaction for our customers? HSB Mellersta Götaland is now looking for several property caretakers for seasonal employment in Halmstad.
About the role
As a seasonal property caretaker, you will be part of an engaged team that works together in and around our customers' properties. You will take great responsibility to ensure that our residential areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained. The work is varied and suits you who enjoy physical work and have the willingness and commitment to provide professional service to our customers. Your tasks include:
Lawn and hedge trimming, edging, and weed removal
Planting and maintenance of green areas
Waste management
Simple repairs and maintenance work
Basic cleaning when needed
Patrolling/supervision of properties
Professional service and contact with residents and boards
You as a person
As a property caretaker, you work closely with the customer and are our face to the outside world. Therefore, we place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a good and pleasant living environment. You are service-oriented, have a positive attitude, and take responsibility for your work. You enjoy working both independently and in a team. We take pride in delivering high-quality service to our customers and therefore value your commitment to the job.
Experience in similar work and familiarity with machinery such as trimmers and riding lawn mowers is an advantage. A B driver's license for manual transmission is required as travel between customers is part of the job.
We are looking for someone who:
Can work full-time during the period of April to September
Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
Is comfortable working with digital tools
