JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Would you like to be part of our team in the Electricity Network Division? We are looking for a lead installer focused on coordinating lighting work.

About the Position

Varberg is growing, our electricity grid and district heating network are expanding, and new customers are connecting. Together with electricians, supervisors, project managers, and others, you will help plan our projects with a focus on execution. Sometimes you will have a greater focus on certain projects where you will also be practically present, and sometimes you will support the supervisor in coordinating, assessing, and planning our upcoming work. Of course, you will ensure that we follow our routines regarding work methods and risk assessments.

You will be based at the office in Varberg, and the position involves traveling by car in the local area. You will work both independently and as part of a team.

Your Role Includes

• Acting as an interim supervisor when the regular supervisor is not present.
• Mentoring new electricians who need support in their development.
• Distributing Bas-U between supervisors and lead installers appropriately, considering workload, knowledge, and type of project.
• Keeping an extra eye on our execution, ensuring progress in the field, monitoring quality, and ensuring that necessary checks are carried out.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in street lighting, installation electrician, or line installer, and who has an electrician education at the high school level or equivalent experience.

• A valid driver's license (B) is required, and having BE and C licenses is an advantage.
• As we work in several different systems, an interest in IT and computer proficiency is essential.
• As a person, you are meticulous and have an easy time collaborating with others. Since no day is the same, it is important to be flexible and able to adapt as needed.
