As an operations coordinator, you are the link between operations staff and the group manager, enabling shorter decision-making paths, better information transfer, and follow-up of planned work.

You will work in collaboration with the group manager and other coordinators to ensure that the workplace's goals are known, followed up, and evaluated properly. The work includes highlighting the need for and developing the tools required within the production department to optimize and streamline operations. You will work across all wastewater facilities but will be based in Halmstad.

Your tasks

• Plan, execute, and follow up on work orders, both externally and internally. This includes being the wastewater group's orderer and contact person regarding planned work to be performed.
• Be proactive in developing new and revising existing operational instructions.
• Resource and contact person in projects related to wastewater operations.
• Proactive in efficiency and improvement work.
• During the regular group manager's absence, be responsible for the operational activities.

You will work closely with the group manager for wastewater, and depending on your knowledge and previous experience, the tasks may vary.

Your qualifications

Being engaged and able to take initiative is essential. You need to be solution-focused and take responsibility for assigned and delegated tasks, as well as have the ability to lead and distribute work.

Requirements for technical education or education deemed equivalent by the employer.

Desirable qualifications for the position:

• Experience in wastewater production.
• Experience in leadership or coordination.
• Experience in developing operational instructions.
