Technical assembly in a structured environment with high demands on quality and functionality

We are looking for a technical assembler for an industrial company specializing in technical system solutions. The business is characterized by clear working methods, order in production, and products used in contexts where operational reliability and functionality are crucial. In the role of technical assembler, you will work in organized and standardized production flows where the work is carried out according to drawings and technical documentation. You are responsible for ensuring that the assembly meets the right quality, functionality, and execution, and you are expected to work in a structured manner with an understanding of how each step affects the final result. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other functions, which requires a shared sense of responsibility and good communication.

Responsibilities

Your role includes, among other things:

• assembling technical products according to drawings and instructions

• working in structured and clearly defined production flows

• ensuring quality, functionality, and finish in every delivery

• working according to established methods with a focus on efficiency and flow

• reporting deviations and contributing improvement suggestions

• collaborating closely with colleagues in production, engineering, and related functions

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in technical assembly within industrial operations, such as manufacturing, machine or system construction, automation, or work with mechanics, electricity, or hydraulics. You are accustomed to working from drawings and technical documentation and have experience in structured production environments where order and efficiency are a natural part of the work.

Experience with methods such as Lean, 5S, or standardized work is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you work methodically, structured, and with quality in practice.
