Enairon is now looking for a Technical Installation Manager who wants to take responsibility for our industrial installations and be the link between the customer, contractors, production, and development.

Enairon has developed the world's most energy-efficient industrial air compressor – a groundbreaking solution that reduces energy consumption for compressed air by up to 50%. Our gravity compressor is patented, tested at Chalmers, and validated in the industry. We are a fast-paced greentech company based in Halmstad, scaling up with a global market in sight.

What does the role offer?

This is not a traditional service role.

Enairon's compressor plants are large industrial installations where every project requires planning, coordination, and problem-solving. A finished plant can be up to 30 meters long, which places demands on everything from logistics and contract coordination to technical understanding and practical execution.

You will be the person who ensures the installation works all the way from planning to a commissioned plant.

Some days you are with customers or contractors out in the field. Other days you sit in the office planning upcoming installations, coordinating resources, or working with the development team on technical improvements.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Plan and coordinate installations at customer sites
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and external partners
• Ensure the right conditions are in place before installation
• Participate in commissioning and startup of plants
• Handle technical questions and solve problems that arise during projects
• Monitor operational data and identify improvement opportunities
• Act as the contact person between customer, production, development, and operations
• Document experiences and contribute to future product development
• Build specialist knowledge regarding Enairon's technology and installations

In the long term, the goal is for you to become the person in the organization with the best understanding of how our plants function in real-world operations.

Who are you?

We are not necessarily looking for a compressor expert.

We are looking for you who have experience with technical installations, projects, or operations and who thrive when technology, people, and problem-solving meet.

Perhaps you work today as:

• Foreman in water/sewage or contracting
• Project Manager in energy or district heating
• Commissioning Engineer in industry
• Site Manager in wind power
• Installation Manager in process industry
• Service Technician who has taken greater responsibility for projects and coordination

The most important thing is that you understand how technical systems work in practice and that you have the ability to get people and activities moving in the same direction.

We believe you have:

• Experience with technical installations or industrial projects
• Good technical understanding within mechanics, energy, or process
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, or projects
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and solve problems
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

As a person, you are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. You like to take responsibility and do not see problems as obstacles but as things to be solved.

You are the person who answers the phone, calls the right person, and finds the way forward when reality does not follow the plan.
