We are now looking for a responsible and technically skilled mechanic to join our maintenance team!

Your responsibilities

As a mechanic with us, you play a key role in ensuring that our facilities and systems for water supply and wastewater management operate optimally. The work is varied and includes both preventive and corrective maintenance.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Maintenance and repair of mechanical systems such as pumps, valves, piping systems, and other facility components within water and wastewater management.
• Welding work as needed in connection with repairs and modifications.
• Work with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Simple turning and milling operations.
• Troubleshooting and corrective actions during operational disruptions and technical problems.
• Participation in planned maintenance activities and improvement projects.
• Documentation of completed work and reporting to the maintenance manager.
• On-call duty may be required for this position.

Your qualifications

To handle the assignment and the role, you should have:

• Technical experience is required.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within industry or water and wastewater management.
• Basic knowledge of welding.
• Experience working with pumps, valves, piping systems, or similar installations.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Experience with turning and milling is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and environmental rules.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid Category B driver's license is required.
• Category C or BE driver's license is an advantage.
• Good physical fitness, as the work can be physically demanding at times.
