About the assignment

As a resource nurse in HSL 4, you have an important role in ensuring continuity and quality in care. The assignment means that you can work flexibly where the need arises, sometimes at short notice, but also step into longer placements during colleagues' absences.

When you are placed in a residence, you are the responsible nurse for the patients belonging to the assignment and perform the same tasks and have the same responsibilities as other nurses within the section. The work includes the care and nursing homes Lindeborgs gård, Dekoren, Fosieborg, Rosenholm, Pildammsvägen, Rönnbäret, Päronskogen, Stensjögatan, and Södergården.

Job responsibilities

As a resource nurse, you are responsible for the patients' care and medical interventions. This means that you independently:

  • Assess, plan, and organize health and medical care interventions
  • Are the responsible nurse during your placement
  • Supervise, educate, and delegate to nursing staff
  • Work person-centered and in close collaboration with patients, relatives, and teams
  • Collaborate with primary care and other actors according to applicable health and medical care agreements

The work is supported by quality assurance systems such as BPSD, Senior Alert, and the Palliative Register.

We are looking for you who

Are a licensed nurse with at least two years of work experience, of which at least one year of experience as a nurse in municipal health and medical care. In addition, you have:

  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
  • Good digital competence
  • Insight into applicable legislation and the ability to work according to established goals and guidelines

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Work experience in working with multi-sick elderly and/or people with dementia
  • Work experience from municipal health and medical care
  • Specialist training in relevant areas, such as elderly care, medical care, or as a district nurse
  • Good experience in collaborating with other actors, authorities, and participating in various networks
  • Experience in documentation work in Procapita and in quality assurance systems such as BPSD, Senior Alert, and the Palliative Register
  • Driving license B
