We are looking for a licensed nurse for Eslöv municipality to work in home healthcare in the district, LSS, and/or special housing (SÄBO)/short-term accommodation. Here you will have the opportunity to work broadly within municipal health and medical care in an engaged team.

Job Responsibilities

• Standard nursing tasks within municipal care
• Care assessments, medication management, and documentation
• Collaboration with nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and relatives
• Independent work with great responsibility and variety

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• Driving license B for manually shifted car
• Bicycle may be required for the job
• Meritorious with education or experience in:

• Home healthcare within SÄBO/short-term accommodation
• LSS operations
• Home healthcare within the district
