Since 2017, the care administration has had a common night organization for ordinary housing. We operate every night from a shared location. We continuously work to develop the business where employees' creativity is important. Now we need to expand our workgroup, are you the right person to join our wonderful team?

Your role with us

In Night Home Care, you are offered a varied job where each night is unique. You work to provide care and service in ordinary housing based on the customer's needs and delegated home healthcare. The night staff performs fixed assistance-assessed interventions in ordinary housing and responds to all security alarms in the municipality. An important part of the work is to work in a team around the customer to achieve a good overall perspective. We have close cooperation at night with, among others, the alarm center, rescue services, and nurses.

Who are we looking for?

You who are applying have education in care and nursing, through the care and nursing program or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. All work experience is meritorious, and experience from home care or other care and nursing as well as previous night work experience is highly meritorious. The position requires communication with customers, colleagues, and other partners as well as documentation. Therefore, you must be able to communicate clearly and well-structured both verbally and in writing. A driver's license (B) is also required for the position.

the ability to work with other people, which means you are good at listening, showing empathy, and respect. The work also requires flexibility, and the ability to handle changing situations that may arise. You are good at collaborating and meeting people with professionalism.

The care administration's activities are aimed at the elderly and people who need functional support as well as those in need of home healthcare. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, national high school, and assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
