Your tasks

During your summer internship, you will have the opportunity to work in one of our operational areas and assist with simpler tasks.

Examples of work areas:

• Care work: You may work on a care department and assist with simpler care tasks, serve meals, or restock supplies.
• Administrative work: You may assist with tasks such as archiving, updating information in systems, or working with communication.
• Service work: You may help cook in one of our kitchens, work in cleaning services, or in property services.

In your application, you can specify which areas you are interested in working in.

Your qualifications

• You are graduating from high school year 2 this summer and have not previously had a summer internship within Region Sörmland.
• You take responsibility for your tasks and work well with others.
• You should be able to work for four consecutive weeks.

Employment and information

You will receive a fixed-term employment for four consecutive weeks, 6 hours a day (30 hours a week). Varied working hours may occur within different operations.

The summer jobs are mainly scheduled in two periods:

• Period 1, week 25 - 28 (June 15 - July 10).
• Period 2, week 29 - 32 (July 13 - August 7).

You can only be placed during one period. The salary excluding vacation pay is 120 SEK/hour.

Selection

To achieve as broad a representation and as fair a distribution as possible, the first selection is made by lottery. Those who are drawn will receive an invitation to an interview via email or phone.
