Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a background in system administration and technical support, who thrives in a role with many points of contact and a clear service mandate.

Requirements and qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in system administration and technical support
• Basic knowledge of networking and server administration
• Very good experience in case and incident management
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Certifications or post-secondary education in IT, system administration, or related fields.

What does the role entail?

As a system administrator, you will be responsible for the operation, management, and further development of systems within ILS/IPS. Integrated Logistics Support and Integrated Product Support aim to ensure that systems and products can be maintained and supported effectively throughout their lifecycle. You will play an important role in ensuring stability, functionality, and that the systems meet both technical and business requirements.

The role is varied and combines technical work with user-facing support, collaboration with suppliers, and continuous improvement efforts. You will work proactively to optimize both operations and cost-effectiveness while contributing to a high user experience.

With tasks that include:

• Management and monitoring of systems within ILS/IPS
• Handling of cases, incidents, and client environments
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems
• Implementation of system updates and improvement measures
• Collaboration with external suppliers and work with IT security.

The assignment is a consultancy position starting early in Q1 and lasts for 12 months, with a possible transition to employment. Travel may occur in the assignment as colleagues are located in other areas. The scope is 100%.
