JOB DESCRIPTION

SOLTAK AB is now seeking a system technician/system administrator.

Are you an experienced system technician in Digital Workplace looking for new challenges in a complex IT environment? We at SOLTAK AB are strengthening our team in Digital Workplace and are looking for a driven and technology-interested system technician for a permanent position.

About the Role

As a system technician, you will become part of our Digital Workplace team, which is responsible for client management and mobile devices for both SOLTAK AB and our users in the municipalities. You will work in a modern and technologically advanced IT environment with a focus on Microsoft’s product suite.

Your main responsibilities:

• Operations and support at the third line in Microsoft’s client environments (Enterprise)
• Develop and implement technical solutions
• Work with cloud-based tools such as Azure, Entra, and Intune
• Collaborate with team members and participate in various projects
• Troubleshoot and manage client-related issues/incidents
• Support/advice the business regarding hardware needs and orders

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an engaged and social person with a natural ability to take initiative. You have a relevant high school or post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience, and have several years of experience as an IT technician or IT specialist.

You have knowledge and experience in:

• Device security using Microsoft Defender
• Device management, cloud-based management via Intune
• Troubleshooting in Windows
• Entra ID and Active Directory
• Packaging in Intune environment

Furthermore, you should be able to work independently, but also enjoy working in a team. You have good communication skills and find it easy to build and maintain relationships. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a B driver's license, as the position sometimes requires you to work on-site with our clients. Good knowledge of English is also required.

Desirable Experience:

• Microsoft 365
• Configuration management of mobile devices in Intune for iOS and Android
• PAM tools (e.g., Admin by Request, Microsoft EPM)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps and Power Platform (including PowerApps, Power Automate/Power BI)
• Hybrid environments
• ITIL certification or similar
• PowerShell and other scripting languages
