Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience as an Agile Coach or similar for a larger assignment within the public sector, responsible for critical IT solutions.

The organization is responsible for the management, further development, and new development of IT support that supports complex and business-critical processes.

Development and management are conducted according to the agile framework SAFe. The organization consists of about 9 agile teams distributed across two locations, with a total of around 80 employees.

We are seeking a Scrum Master for one of the train's teams. In this role, you will coach the team in agile principles and further develop the team's ceremonies and collaboration. You will also coach other Scrum Masters within the train to strengthen their roles and enhance the agile maturity in the development teams.

You are passionate about agile methodologies and developing people and teams. You are experienced in leading workshops, facilitating appropriate forums and meetings, and have solid experience in training others in agile practices. You have a good understanding of agile principles and can also act pragmatically based on different conditions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the train's RTE and other Scrum Masters and their teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 8 years of work experience as a Scrum Master and/or agile coach
• At least 4 years of work experience as a Scrum Master
• At least 2 years of work experience in a coaching/leadership role outside the team, e.g., agile coach or similar

Desirable Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master
• Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
• At least one year of practical experience in training teams and individuals in SAFe.
• Certified coach
• Background as a developer or tester in development teams
