We are looking for a senior test manager with project management experience for the implementation of a new journal system in dental care. The assignment involves a large number of requirements that need to be quality assured through acceptance testing, focusing on structure, traceability, and a well-coordinated testing process in close collaboration with the business, reference groups, and suppliers.

A central part of the assignment is also knowledge transfer, where you support and mentor a new internal test manager to ensure long-term capability within the organization.

• Analyze and structure requirements and develop test cases, test specifications, and test runs for acceptance testing.
• Establish a test plan and contribute to the overall test strategy in the implementation project as needed.
• Lead, coordinate, and follow up on acceptance tests together with the business and reference or pilot groups.
• Be responsible for issue management, prioritization, and follow-up in Azure DevOps.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, and delivery in collaboration with project management, business, and suppliers.
• Conduct mentoring and knowledge transfer to the new internal test manager.

• At least 5 years of experience in test management in larger IT projects.
• At least 3 years of experience leading acceptance tests in projects involving at least 300 requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps in at least one of the following areas: requirements, test cases, test runs, issue management.
• Experience in developing test plans and test strategies in implementation projects.
• Experience leading business-related tests together with reference or pilot groups.
• Experience in mentoring and knowledge transfer in ongoing projects.
• Certification as a test manager, ISTQB Test Manager, or equivalent.

• Experience in testing within dental care or healthcare.
• Experience in testing during the implementation of journal or healthcare information systems.
• Experience in integration testing in environments with many adjacent IT systems.
• Experience in testing systems with high requirements for security, confidentiality, logging, and access management.
• Experience working in complete project implementations within the public sector.
• Additional Azure DevOps experience beyond the basic requirement, such as work in two or more of the areas: requirements, test cases, test runs, issue management.
