We are now looking for a talented CRM & Market Intelligence Manager who wants to be part of our team and develop our business processes.

Role Description

As the CRM and Market Intelligence Manager, you will be one of the leading forces in our data-driven strategy. You will be responsible for the entire CRM lifecycle – from system administration and data quality to optimizing our lead management processes.

At the same time, you will be responsible for generating market analyses that provide our sales and marketing management with the insights needed to make bold and ambitious decisions aimed at driving growth. This is a role with significant influence where you work independently and are expected to combine technical precision with strategic vision.

Main Responsibilities

1. System Ownership for CRM & Data Quality

  • System Administration: Act as the primary administrator for our various CRM environments (such as Lime CRM, Excel, and various business systems), with the main mission of leading the project to unify these into a common, robust platform.
  • Process Optimization: Be responsible for the definition and ongoing optimization of the entire lead management process (MQL, SQL, processing phases, etc.) in collaboration with sales management.
  • Automation: Design, implement, and maintain an appropriate level of marketing and sales automation in the CRM system to increase speed and response time.
  • Data Quality: Ensure that CRM data is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations through user training, process definitions, and the use of external tools for improved data.

2. Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Market Monitoring: Analyze and compile critical market information regarding competitors' product launches, market size/growth, and insights into customer behaviors.
  • Reporting: Produce recurring high-quality analytical materials, including internal monthly reports and summaries for management, to support strategic decision-making for sales management and the marketing manager.
  • Tool Management: Manage and develop our current tools and subscriptions within market analysis to build a more robust infrastructure for market monitoring.

3. Strategic Impact & Budget

  • Performance Tracking: Measure and optimize performance across five critical KPI areas: quality and volume of leads, conversion & pipeline efficiency, speed & response time, revenue, and CRM usage & data quality.
  • Supplier Contact: Be responsible for the relationship with various system suppliers, including CRM providers, to ensure optimal service and benefit.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a relevant analytical, data-driven, or marketing-oriented role.
  • CRM Expertise: At least 2 years of practical experience with CRM (both administration and strategic use).
  • Market Analysis: 1–2 years of experience in strategic market research and analysis.
  • Language: Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form is a requirement.
  • Technical Skill: Very good proficiency in data analysis, technology, and common tools such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Precision: You possess the efficiency and accuracy required for technical CRM administration and qualified reporting.
