Do you want to work as a physiotherapist at Adolfsberg health center? We are now looking for a driven and flexible physiotherapist to Adolfsbergs VC. Adolfsberg health center is located in the southern part of Örebro city. In our catchment area, there is growing residential development and surrounding countryside. Our stable staffing consists of about 55 people who have together created a workplace with a good atmosphere and open communication. We constantly strive for development - both for the individual and for the organization.

Adolfsberg health center is part of the Örebro and southern area of primary care. Primary care includes care that is common, frequently occurring, and geographically close to patients. Primary care includes, among other things, health centers, health center emergency services, acute clinics with ambulance operations, medical advice, asylum and immigrant health, and youth clinics. By increasing cooperation between health centers, specialized hospital care, and the county's municipalities, we create even better care - always with the patient's best interests in focus.

The work involves independently conducting functional assessments, performing treatments, planning, and coordinating physiotherapeutic interventions. You will also provide consultations and lead group activities. We meet patients of all ages with complaints from various parts of the musculoskeletal system. Once a week, we are responsible for physiotherapeutic assessment and treatment at two nearby nursing and care homes; Lindhultsgården and Adolfsbergshemmet. We have ongoing patient education programs, including osteoarthritis and osteoporosis schools. The patient education is partly conducted in collaboration with other staff at the health center.

You are a licensed physiotherapist. You find it easy to create good meetings with both patients and colleagues. We prefer that you have a knack for collaboration and contribute to increased learning both in the physiotherapy group and throughout the health center. Contributing to the development and change work of the organization is seen as a natural part of your work. The health-promoting mission of primary care is a central part of the operation, which is why an interest in lifestyle issues is meritorious.

Home visits are included in the assignment, so it is an advantage if you have a driver's license.
