The Medicine Clinic is one of Region Kronoberg's largest and most versatile clinics. Here we offer both outpatient and inpatient specialized care in internal medicine, as well as other internal medicine specialties such as neurology, rheumatology, and allergology. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a substitute junior doctor at the medicine clinic, you are an important and appreciated resource primarily in our wards and emergency department, and in some cases also in outpatient clinics. Your work on the ward consists of, among other things, rounds, discharges, and admissions, and in the emergency department, you will handle patients with the support of a licensed supervisor. You will be assigned a personal supervisor from day one, and we focus heavily on providing you with a good introduction to working as a doctor in the region in general and as a junior doctor with us in particular.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a medical degree. Experience from previous positions as a junior doctor and/or in a medicine clinic is seen as a positive. Having a medical license is an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person, you have a good attitude, good collaboration skills, and are flexible. You always work with the patient in focus. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
