We are looking for 2 company nurses based in Ljusdal.

Your Responsibilities

As a company nurse with us, you will work preventively and health-promoting. The focus is on supporting our client companies in their work environment efforts, both strategically and practically. The work takes place at our reception and on-site with clients to be close and gain an understanding of their operations.

You will be part of a team together with doctors, occupational safety engineers, and physiotherapists, where you collectively provide support for our clients.

The role is broad and includes varied tasks where you are responsible for selected companies. You are well-versed in the companies' work environment, allowing you to easily identify needs and suggest measures that you then implement in consultation with the client. This may involve producing annual reports, annual planning, conducting health profiles/health examinations, vaccinations, rehabilitation meetings, providing support in systematic work environment management (SAM), conducting training in, for example, CPR, and participating in safety rounds and safety committees.

Other tasks such as ongoing documentation, handling ongoing purchases, and hygiene control of medical materials, etc., are also included in the role.

Your Profile

In this role, you need to be a licensed nurse with a few years of experience in the profession; experience in occupational health or rehabilitation is an advantage. You should have good computer skills and experience with journal systems, as well as a driver's license.

We are looking for someone who enjoys independent and varied work, is confident in your profession, and has a high degree of self-leadership.

As a person, you are analytical, able to see and identify connections, view the bigger picture from a group and organizational perspective, and have the ability to come up with concrete solutions. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating, is confident, and secure in various contexts.
