Gärdes Backe Service Housing is a residence for individuals with support according to LSS, group 1, located in Inverness, Danderyd. Here, we work together with the users to create individual implementation plans where the individual's wishes and needs are at the center. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a support pedagogue, you are responsible for supporting and developing the operations and providing support to users in their daily lives. You ensure that routines are followed and are involved in developing them, while building trusting relationships with users and promoting their independence, participation, and ability to engage in society.

In your role, you map the needs of the users and ensure that individual implementation plans are established, implemented, documented, and evaluated. You collaborate with users, colleagues, management, healthcare professionals, and other important contacts for the individual.

You are active in the development of the operations by monitoring the external environment, contributing ideas and proposals for staff meetings, and following up on set goals. Together with the operations manager, you are responsible for the pedagogical development and make decisions that support users' participation and independence. You guide and support colleagues in routines, work methods, and pedagogical work, and contribute to developing and using individually adapted pedagogical methods in everyday life.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education as a support pedagogue.
• Experience in operations within LSS.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
• Experience with implementation plans and social documentation, as well as computer skills.
• Experience in low-arousal responses.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working as a support pedagogue.
• Worked with pedagogical methods such as MI, Supported Employment, DMO Participation Model, and KAT Kit.

You have a strong commitment to both users and the operations and contribute with excellent collaboration skills by seeing the big picture, being flexible, and at the same time clear in your approach and attitude.

In this role, it is important that you are confident in your profession and can guide and support your colleagues. You are curious, eager to learn, and keep yourself updated in your field. You work in a structured manner and can plan your work in a way that captures both current needs and long-term goals. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
