We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality and continuous improvement and who wants to play an important role in ensuring and developing quality together with our suppliers. As a Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), you will be a vital link between suppliers and our internal processes – directly impacting our products and customer satisfaction.

About the position

In the role of SQA, you will work closely with production, purchasing, R&D, and our suppliers.

You will analyze supplier complaints and internal quality deviations, and based on your analysis, initiate, drive, and follow up on improvement actions to ensure high and stable quality for our customers. You will also conduct supplier audits and quality meetings with our suppliers to develop quality and strengthen collaboration. You will work in a team of 8 dedicated colleagues who together work on activities that improve quality for our customers.

Main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the complaint process, including root cause analyses and follow-up on actions taken

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers and promote a culture of continuous improvement

• Evaluate and approve new suppliers and items

• Develop processes for incoming and quality control

• Analyze and report quality statistics

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you are curious and analytical with a strong drive to identify and solve problems. You have a structured approach to work, take responsibility for your tasks, and have the ability to prioritize in a daily environment with many points of contact.

Since the role involves close collaboration both internally and externally, it is important that you are relationship-building, communicative, and have an easy time engaging others in improvement and development work.

We hope you have:

• A degree in quality or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience

• Experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry

• Experience in performing quality assessments of materials

• Experience in conducting supplier audits

• Experience in project work and process development

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001

• Good knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
