We are looking for an engaged energy specialist / energy engineer who wants to drive the work with energy efficiency and sustainable solutions in our operations. In this role, you will analyze, develop, and implement measures that reduce energy consumption and contribute to long-term sustainability in our buildings and processes.

About the role

As an energy specialist, you will work to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and to develop and drive projects to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to find smart and long-term solutions that reduce climate impact and optimize energy use in our systems.

Your mission

• Conduct analyses and evaluations of energy use and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies for energy efficiency and sustainable solutions in buildings and processes.
• Drive energy efficiency projects from idea to implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders to realize energy-efficient measures.
• Follow up on results and report impacts on energy, cost, and sustainability.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education in energy, engineering, or equivalent.
• Has experience working with energy efficiency and sustainable solutions.
• Is analytical, proactive, and committed to sustainable development.
• Communicates well in both Swedish and English, and enjoys collaboration.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with certifications as an energy expert or energy auditor.
• Knowledge of standards and sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED/BREEAM).
