When our properties undergo renovation processes, it helps to have a clear contact person that tenants can turn to with various questions. Therefore, we are now looking for a renovation coordinator who will act as a link between tenants, project managers, and contractors.

Job Description:

As a renovation coordinator, you will work together with project managers in connection with various construction projects, both renovation and maintenance projects. You will act as a contact person between the project manager and the tenant and be responsible for collecting tenant approvals, writing and sharing information, organizing information meetings, and supporting the projects.

The position also includes overall responsibility for the evacuation process, which includes creating evacuation apartments for our tenants if necessary, as well as coordinating between tenants, moving companies, and the project manager based on the timeline set in the project.

Competence Profile:

You should have general high school qualifications and previous experience in customer service and customer contacts. If you also have experience working in projects, we consider it a significant advantage.

In the role of renovation coordinator, you will have close contact with our tenants, both in writing and verbally, so it is essential that you can express yourself well in Swedish and English.

A driver's license B is required.

Personal Qualities:

To fit into the role of renovation coordinator, you need to have a strong drive, take responsibility, and maintain a high level of service.

Since you are a crucial function between various roles both internally, primarily as support to project managers, and externally to our tenants and contractors, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, are attentive, and engaged.

You will encounter people with different opinions and attitudes, which requires you to be a secure person, structured, and good at communicating in a pedagogical and professional manner.

The work involves engagement in several different projects simultaneously, which means you need to be adaptable to changes, creative, and able to solve urgent problems.
