Your Responsibilities

As a Process Development Engineer, you will play a central role in developing and strengthening our production processes with a focus on analyzing causes, improving work methods, and developing sustainable solutions for the future. You will identify areas for development, propose improvements, and drive projects that contribute to increased stability, quality, and efficiency.

The role may involve overall technical responsibility for processes related to, for example, a production line, where you ensure that the right work methods and technical solutions are implemented and followed up. You will lead improvement and investment initiatives from idea to implementation and work closely with production, maintenance, and other functions, with an emphasis on planning, structure, and development.

The assignment also includes work with standardization, documentation, and digital development of our work methods. Some travel, mainly within Europe, may occur.

Your Background/Your Qualities

We are looking for someone who is analytical and structured, while also being responsive and communicative. You enjoy collaborating, sharing knowledge, and being part of a team where everyone helps each other move forward. We prefer that you:

• Have an engineering degree in, for example, mechanical, production, materials, or process engineering
• Have several years of experience in the manufacturing industry
• Have experience in structured problem-solving and improvement work
• Have an interest in automation and digital solutions

Knowledge of Lean Production is an advantage.

Furthermore, you express yourself fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
