About the Role

Do you have experience in security technical project management and want to help develop the security solutions of the future for our customers? Then you might be the one we are looking for in our Solutions Delivery segment!

We are now looking for a market-oriented project manager for the North region. The idea is that you will be based at our office in Umeå and have an area of responsibility within Västerbotten and Norrbotten. You will be part of the Solutions Delivery North department.

In this role, you will work independently but have close contact with colleagues in both operations and sales. At the Umeå office, there is a large network of contacts and extensive collaboration with several subcontractors in the area.

As a project manager, you will be the link between the customer's needs and our technical solutions. You will be responsible for developing security technical solutions, making calculations, managing procurements, and ensuring the quality of project implementation. Here, you combine your technical expertise with a clear business focus – creating comprehensive solutions that truly make a difference for our customers.

Examples of Tasks

• Be a technical expert internally towards the sales organization and externally towards customers and subcontractors
• Develop technical specifications and solution proposals
• Participate in project deliveries and ensure quality and economy
• Prepare budget quotes and bids
• Specify requirements and procure subcontractors
• Establish project, time, and quality plans

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience from the security industry (project management, technology, sales, or equivalent)
• Knowledge in project planning and calculations
• Technical education at least at the high school level or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Project management in contracting
• Qualified engineer in burglary, fire, or CCTV
• Experience in procurements and/or contract law
• Knowledge of networks and IT platforms
• Leadership experience

Personal Qualities

As a person, you have the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adaptively to different target groups. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and see opportunities where others see problems. Your strong communication skills ensure that you get through whether you work independently or in a team. Even in a day with many parallel projects, you manage to maintain structure and work methodically.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies, Unionen, and Leaders.
