We are looking for a quality engineer who wants to be part of an engaged team working with quality assurance of our products in production and projects. Here you will contribute your expertise to develop the business and communicate requirements and expectations. Are you ready for new exciting challenges in a company with high goals and ambitions? Your tasks as a quality engineer include planning, leading, and coordinating investigations and quality assurance activities in cross-functional groups together with other functions within the organization. You will also drive and be responsible for improvement measures to continuously develop the quality of our products and processes. This is done both through team-based work to find solutions to emerging problems and through long-term work with quality and process improvement measures.

Your main tasks may include: • Ongoing work with the development of quality standards and working methods

• Ongoing monitoring of the quality situation and handling of quality deviations

• Driving root cause analyses and corrective actions

• Reviewing and following up on FMEA and control plans

• Participating in preparations and execution of reviews before decision phases

• Contributing to broadening and deepening the department's collective competence

• Supplier quality assessments

• Communication with OEM customers

• Supporting production in quality issues

We prefer that you have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience from a similar role in the manufacturing industry. As a quality engineer, you need to have experience in documenting work, writing instructions, and training colleagues in the quality area. Since the role involves many contacts, both internally and externally, it is important that you have well-developed communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Technical English should be mastered fluently, as much of the work is done with international customers. It is advantageous if you have experience in ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, PFMEA, PPAP, 8D problem-solving methodology, and reading technical drawings. As a person, you are driven and responsible, taking the initiative to improve and streamline working methods. You work independently and are good at identifying problems and driving solutions that strengthen and develop our quality work. You have analytical skills, can prioritize and act flexibly, and adapt to the demands of the situation. You enjoy collaborating in a team, managing multiple contact points, and building good relationships with colleagues.
