The problem the role solves

We are growing. Demand is there. The challenge is to translate complex customer specifications into validated, manufacturable products at a sufficient pace.

What success looks like in 12 months

Concepts become validated prototypes faster. Manufacturing issues are solved systematically, not reactively. Product handovers occur smoothly with complete documentation.

What we are looking for

Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience

CAD skills and understanding of design for manufacturability

Practical experience with prototyping and testing

Enjoys solving problems in uncertainty and translating vague requirements into testable solutions

Clear communication in English
