We are proud to launch our Talent Program for the fourth time in collaboration with Aenigma. The program is designed to give you a strong start in your career through a tailored development plan that helps you grow long-term within the company. For one year, you will combine real consulting assignments with training that strengthens both your technical skills and personal abilities. The program focuses on developing you in technology, maintenance methodology, and project work, while also training you in leadership, collaboration, and communication. You will go through the program alongside other talents from different locations, creating an inspiring community and a valuable network. Throughout the year, you will participate in joint training sessions, digital meetings, and exchanges of experience with both junior and senior colleagues. The goal is for you to grow in your role, feel secure, and receive the right support at every step of your development. We believe in long-term commitment and want to give you the best conditions to succeed with us - that’s why we offer a first year filled with learning, development, and community through our Talent Program! Who are we looking for? Mandatory requirements:

  • Vocational education with a focus on pipe design.
  • Swedish and English in spoken and written form.
  • Driver's license B.
Meritorious:
  • Work experience in assembly/welding.

We are looking for someone who has the ambition to develop in the role of a pipe designer. To thrive at Aenigma, you enjoy working in teams and building good relationships, both internally and externally. You are driven, structured, and flexible in your work and want to contribute your skills and knowledge to continue developing Aenigma's business forward. You have a strong technical interest and a commitment to work for a better environment and safety. Your tasks As a pipe designer at Aenigma, you will work as a consultant with a wide variety of tasks. The company's clients operate in areas such as the chemical industry and energy, where you, in consultation with colleagues, are responsible for technical documentation, design, maintenance, and more. Initially, you will work alongside a colleague to provide you with the best conditions for success. As you become more comfortable in your role, you will be assigned tasks of higher complexity and responsibility.  Examples of tasks include:

  • Establishing and quality assuring technical documentation.
  • Conducting calculations for project planning.
  • Modeling in 2D and 3D, primarily in AutoCAD and Plant3D.
  • Stress calculations and strength calculations.
  • Maintenance on small projects, such as replacing a pump including connecting pipes and equipment.
