Previous experience is desired
We are looking for a responsible person who sees solutions and follows established guidelines and goals.
You are cooperative, flexible, independent, and have the ability to adapt to emerging situations.
You should be attentive, unpretentious, and able to communicate with everyone around you, including colleagues, users, relatives, etc.
Our primary working methods are clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal responses.
Your tasks consist of providing the residents with individual support and adjustments in their daily lives, at home, during leisure time, and in the community based on each person's abilities and developmental level.
The assignment includes participating in the establishment, execution, and follow-up of the user's individual implementation plan and goals.
In your daily work, you will follow the user's implementation plan, schedule, checklists, and goals.
You have a daily documentation obligation.
A manual B driver's license is an advantage.
