Senior HVAC Technician to CBRE in Helsingborg

Are you an experienced HVAC technician who thrives with independent responsibility, service, and work in a property environment? We are now looking for a senior HVAC technician at CBRE, where the requirements for this recruitment correspond to the highest competence level as outlined in the role.

About the role:

As an HVAC technician at CBRE, you will work with troubleshooting, service, and planned maintenance within our property contracts. The work is varied and requires a good ability to plan, prioritize, and drive tasks independently. Travel to other locations may occur.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues in HVAC installations in various types of properties
• Perform ongoing maintenance, repairs, and renovations/new installations
• Handle operational disruptions and urgent matters
• Propose improvements and changes for operation, function, and energy efficiency
• Independently manage contact and feedback to colleagues, clients, and tenants
• Collaborate with other operational staff and technical specialists within CBRE

Who are you?

You have:

• Certified HVAC technician
• Several years of documented experience in service work within HVAC in property environments
• Very good ability to work independently in various types of properties
• Good knowledge of the interaction between all building installations
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and drive work with a high level of service
• Certification according to Safe Water
• Driver's license B
• A criminal record extract is required
