Professional Galaxy is looking for a Services Owner on behalf of our client.

Description

The Service Contracts Manager is responsible for developing, promoting, rolling out, supporting, and following up on the Service Contracts portfolio particularly in the 5 BUC clusters: APAC, MEAC, Europe, West, and LATAM. The Service Contracts Manager interacts with Service Offer Managers, Service Markets Managers at each cluster as well as the Maintainability and Reliability Feature Leaders at Global Technology.

Services Owner work focuses on managing the services lifecycle and development, governing and monitoring the services competitiveness and revenue, including: Identifying market opportunities and associated new services strategies; Developing new services value propositions and targeted feature sets; Developing commercial/pricing strategies; Interpreting regulatory requirements. At an expert level, the employee is a recognized expert in Services Management, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience (position typically requires 10 years or more relevant experience). Typically responsible for: Establishing operational plans for the job area. Developing and implementing new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that will have an impact on the achievement of functional results. Requires communication with leadership.
